Our 1:1 coaching programs typically run for 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on your goals and the complexity of your transition or growth path. Every engagement starts with a deep dive into your leadership strengths, challenges, values, and aspirations—along with input from key stakeholders, performance reviews, and 360 feedback when available.

From there, we co-create a personalized coaching roadmap focused on the leadership mindsets, behaviors, and skillsets you’ll need to thrive in your current role—or succeed in the next one. Coaching sessions are typically bi-weekly or monthly, with targeted exercises and reflection work between sessions to accelerate growth.

Darren is a trusted executive coach, keynote speaker, and leadership trainer who has worked with leaders from Nike, AT&T, Thermo Fisher, and high-growth startups across industries.
