After 2 years, I've started writing my next book - The Savage Manager. 

The Savage Manager will focus on the specific challenges of managers and will include anecdotes from people leaders, HR executives, and CEOs as well people outside of traditional "management" roles such as athletes, sports coaches, entertainers, and more. It will also include explicit "How To" tips to adopt new management practices.
